Including: Record, produce, mix, master, final production, market, distribution.  Manage all aspects of studio business. Including: advertising, purchases, client retention, business development, invoicing and accounting, to include P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow tracking.  Create SQL databases for equipment inventory. Maintain and utilize software to track purchase needs, warranty information, aging equipment and depreciation.  Negotiate contracts and payments with several agents for shows by bands at local venues.  Hire employees to work in the studio and hire musicians to contribute to both studio endeavors and live shows.  Setup network and backup systems, install multiple types of software, hardware, and peripherals.  Instruct students in multiple musical instruments and on use of studio equipment.  Consult with bands on marketing power through use of social media, web content and outreach to fans and record companies.  Create and maintain websites for the studio and bands.
