Ensuring that Scout Networks adheres to PCI-DSS and HIPPA standards and certifications is a very important part of my role as we manage many customer firewalls and endpoints that also must comply to these standards. I also manage the Managed Services side of Scout Networks, focusing on and capturing our full growth potential. Our return on all investments, including our most important, our employees, is always at the forefront of my daily responsibilities. I make sure that everyone is prepared and has everything they need to be successful. I push my team to further education and implemented a certification policy to pay for any successful certification taken. This has increased productivity and confidence in our employees. I provide support to my staff in all IT related escalations. I work with customer site owners and/or managers, vendors and end users to ensure that incidents are handled promptly and resolved efficiently. Projects are monitored closely so that our return on investment is always in the black and exceeding expectations.
