I love my role at McDonald's. It is a job that exposes you to a wide range of individuals, allowing you to grow as a person due to the amount of vastly differing social interactions you have day-by-day. The pace of the work is hard going and sometimes incomparable. However, it is very good practice for some of the working environments I plan on being a part of in the future and reinforces my ability to work effectively at pace, and as part of a team.
