Bill is a true professional. In some real-life examples, he was provided with a pile of work, little direction on how to proceed, and a request for regular status updates. Not only did he sort out and prioritize the work, but he established processes, tracking and metrics for all. He provided updates and status professionally, and produced excellent results. Bill was also asked to "play out of position" to fill some critical gaps, and was a quick study... he picked up new products and processes and applied them effectively to the tasks at hand. Finally, Bill is a pleasure to work with, is extremely customer-centric, and a good negotiator... a difficult balance for many to achieve. He deals well with adversity and finds ways to get the difficult job done with grace and integrity.
