Heath Van Patten

Bill is the consummate professional. His tremendous experience coupled with a positive attitude results in a winning situation with any company. He is a class act, organized, visionary and a critical thinker. I highly recommend Bill to any company who wants a proven leader with a plethora of knowledge and experience.

Hernan Ildefonso Gutierrez-Vazquez

Bill is the most connected person I have ever met in my life. He has great people skills. He is also a great "big picture thinker" person which helps when dealing with Business strategy. Bill and I were part of the same team during the MBA program, so I happen to work closely with him. In our final Capstone project, he was our 'de facto' leader. He was the interface with the organization we work with "The Arc". Bill has been benefited by the MBA and he can be a great business Strategist for any organization. Persons with Bill's skills make great leaders as he showed us during these two years. I learned a lot from him.

Trailhead is more than a place; it’s a community. Of dreamers and doers. Hackers and hustlers. Creators and collaborators. Trailhead is Boise's premier startup hub and co-working space. In addition to being a dreamer, doer, and hustler, Bill Rauer helped to build the Trailhead community, and the startup ecosystem in Idaho. Through his leadership on operational initiatives and strategic planning, he supported the dynamic and rapidly-growing membership. Those initiatives included process improvement, policies and procedures, facilities management, event management, and facilitating member education. Bill also participated in community outreach activities in support of Trailhead's mission.
