Bill stepped in at a very critical time in the delivery of the key stage in the transformation project. With only six weeks to turn the project office round before the planned stage end date, Bill took charge, developed solid project office processes, managed and prioritised the work of a bi-lingual translation team and ensured the end client had regular progress reporting. In a challenging and unfamiliar environment Bill ensured all 270+ document products were delivered on time and to quality.
