I hired Bill to Implement a continuous improvement and operational excellence strategy for the MRO Division. Bill is a passionate individual with in-depth knowledge of lean principles combined with solid understanding of all aspects of the business. His hard work, enthusiasm and passion is truly contagious. Bill has a unique ability to to drive a culture change, implement a continuous improvement strategy while getting buy in from all levels of the organization. in a very short period time Bill's efforts have produced noticeable results and in less than one year we have seen significant improvements in quality, turn time, safety and financial performance. Bill is a charismatic executive that instantly connects with the people that he is working with. He has a strong talent for assessing a situation with a team and creating an environment where the team clearly recognizes opportunities for improvement and commits to implementing improvements. Bill’s talent allows him to quickly work with a team to develop and implement Continuous Improvement activity so that it becomes a part of the organizations culture and will become standard work.
