My husband and I have know Bill Gaul since 2003 when we relocated to Arizona from Pennsylvania. He was recommended to us through my husband's place of employment. From the moment we were aquainted, Bill began building a relationship with us. He began by talking to us, assessing our short term and long term needs for a home. He knew that we were new to the area, were on a tight budget and did not know anyone in the area. Throughout the time we spent with Bill, one word comes to mind...PATIENT. He allowed us to go at our own pace and showed us a very comprehensive overview of the city he loved, Tucson. He showed us every nook and cranny of the town and all of the neighborhoods, talking about their history and their growth. When we finally decided to build our starter home, he was our advocate and our liaison form the start. He educated us about the process from start to finish, gave us advice about planning now to plan later when we wanted to sell our home, and he served as our spokesperson as we navigated the paperwork, the financing, and the building. He even stood in for us, as we were living out of the area throughout the build. Years later, when we sold our home, he helped us navigate looking for a home in another part of town. He patiently took us around, showed us many different options, and even opened us up to the world of buying land:) He again helped us navigate this process too AND helped us to find a home to rent until we could build. We would recommend Bill Gaul to anyone who is in need of a home or land. He will treat you like a member of the family and take very good care of you. He is friendly, professional, very knowledgable, and most of all very patient. Two things come to mind with Mr. Gaul: he absolutely loves what he does and loves Tucson.

I started working with Bill Gaul when I was in Morocco. We communicated online. It was early days for this kind of approach, but Bill was able work within the then-limitations. Once we were Stateside, we met up with Bill, and he showed several houses that we had decided to view. Eventually, he/we found the house that we live in today. Throughout, Bill was extremely competent, organized, and on top of things. If I were to buy another property, I would definitely ask Bill Gaul to be my realtor.
