I have worked with Bill Williamson for a number of years and have been impressed by a number of things. They include: 1) Bill has a real gift for leadership and is good at building his team, 2) Bill's work ethic is impeccable -- he works hard (and smart), 3) Bill really cares about his customers, his colleagues, his company, 4) Bill is bright and a quick study, and 5) Even in the face of difficulty, Bill is rational and able to develop good plans that attack the real problem and help the company move forward. I recommend Bill wholeheartedly -- if my company was big enough (and he didn't work for a client!) I'd hire him myself. He is committed to his own growth and development and -- on top of all this -- is a heck of good guy.

Bill is a very hands-on manager who never asks his staff to do anything he isn't willing to do. He continually motivates others to work to their fullest potential and holds them accountable in order to develop and grow them. Bill encourages colleagues to not only identify areas for improvement, but to work to find the answers to how to make those improvements. He is a manager who trains you to do your job, and steps back to allow you to do it. On many occasions, Bill has taken a very stressful or chaotic situation, and broken it down to be manageable and satisfactory to all parties involved. I recommend Bill highly as he exhibits all the desirable skills of a manager, including strategic thinking, negotiation skills, compassion, ability to motivate, and ongoing support and training for his staff.
