He held our hands and anticipated many of the concerns we would have in implmenting the Medgate program. He answered questions we did not know how to ask but needed to and used both his previous experience as well as his in depth knowledge of the software to ease the process and help facilitate the acceptance of the program. Despite using his wit and humor to facilitate learning he kept us on task and really allowed us to fully grasp how best we could use the software and enhance our work product.
