Designed and maintained reports in BrioQuery Explorer 6.6, Oracle Discoverer, and Oracle Reports 6i with extensive underlying PL/SQL programming pertaining to claims, medical, the quality improvement process, and phone data as well as Executive Information System applications in BrioQuery Explorer using JavaScript. Developed, implemented, validated, and monitored statistical scorecards related to first report of injury, claims development, and policy auditing, utilizing Statistica 6.0 and VBA for Statistica. Researched claim, medical and policyholder data contained in paper files and proprietary computer systems and transferred the data therein into numerous Excel spreadsheets to be used by the Manager of Actuarial services for reporting needs ranging from ratemaking reports to computing corporate claim versus premium loss ratios. Generated reports that showed policyholder's risk exposure over the years, type of medicine practiced by the policyholder, and any claim amounts that had been paid out on the policyholder's behalf.
