I had a pleasure of working with Bill Vargo from 2001 to 2004. He was very fair to all employees, would treat everybody with respect, He was a truly tutor, sure his goals was to make profitable business for the company, however he would still took the time to recognize a job well done, to provide all kind of information and training, to make our jobs more interesting and make us more knowledgeable. He was a very professional person in all aspects, although I only worked for him for three years, I will always have him as a role model of a perfect boss.

I have known and worked with Bill Vargo for a little over two years now. I actually was able to recruit Bill from a company he worked with to go and be a lead Branch Manager/General Manager for one of my largest clients. Bill had overall responsibility for one of the top 10 branches in the company. He took on a position with multiple challenges that required getting different teams to work with each other, increase revenue and cut costs. Bill performed well in all categories. He has an excellent team building skill set, along with the ability to improve and grow the business. Teri March Professional Placement Services, Inc Voice: 804.966.8120 Email: pps@mindspring.com
