Today August 10th is the start of a new project at Georgia Gwinnett College - C3 Academic Building. We have a strong team on this project; GSFIC, BOR, Wakefield Beasley & Associates. Pre construction up to GMP has gone great, GGC is happy with the design and BBC has hit the mark with budget. Time to show the team what BBC brings to the table as a Relentless Ally from the field; through being a steward of the campus, Safety Leader to the Industry, and effective team at quality and document control to turn over a project on time and in budget. We have 11 months to turn over 55,000SF building on an active campus at the heart of the college. On June 9th I started a new relationship with Cobb County School District and the staff of Teasley Elementary. Together we are building a new 3 story addition and a 25k square foot renovation of the existing school. Site work is well underway and we will be starting the structure in August. Keep an eye out for photos and news articles as we create the much needed space for this great school.Update to Teasley Elementary School Addition and Renovation. With the help of the best Team a superintendent could ask for... BBC turned over (Phase I) a 55,000SF 3story addition, 50 days early and $500k under budget! (Phase II) restroom addition and the 300 building renovation was turned over 30days early. (Phase III) demolition of a Gym and the Addition of a Commercial Kitchen was turned over 10days early. (Phase IV) Renovation of 66,000SF (3)building campus was turned over on time while allowing Cobb County School District to occupy early to help prepare for the upcoming school year. With the Design Team and School becoming big fans of BBC. And CCSD stating that this was one of the most difficult projects from logistics and earth work that Cobb has had. I'm proud of my team and thankful for the contributions the subcontractors made to making this project great Show less

First project out of the gates is the Westin Sundial Renovations. We will be taking one of the most iconic Atlanta restaurants and updating finishes through-out the space. All of this takes place roughly 700 feet above street level. I look forward to bring friends and family here for dinner in August!First project complete, The Sundial is open for business! The Balfour Beatty Team has built a relationship with the design team that has opened the door for us to go straight into Lobby and Meeting room Renovations. I'm very excited about working with Starwood, Compass, Black Dog Studios and Cooper Carry on these next two projects. My team has completed the renovation of 9 floor of the hotels meeting rooms/ballrooms and the lobby spaces. This includes spaces such as; a new bar (210 Peachtree Street), a complete renovation of a Starbuck's, built a free standing FedEx with-in the space, and 150,000+SF renovation of all finishes. This is on top of replacement of all lighting systems with new LED lights and dimmers, and the replacement of (4) Air Handling Units with new control systems and VFD's. Hats off to the team from Compass, Black Dog, Copper Carry, and Starwood. And special thanks to my team for working hard to make the client and the design team happy through this journey!!! Show less

I've built some really great projects for DPR in the last 6years, some of these include; Lowe Art Gallery, Freeman Mathis & Gary Law, City Place, American Red Cross facilities, Century Furniture, and some Data Centers for Companies I can not name, and the Clemson Life Science Building. CLSB was a $52M lab facility that achieved "LEED Gold" and built a great relationship with Clemson and the community.
