I believe that a very strong bond between Operations and Commercial is critical to execution, and ultimate long term success of a midstream company. We learn from each other. • Managed operations for all gas compression ( 445,007 HP), all pipeline operations (3,200 miles of pipeline), and all processing plants (1.085 bcfd capacity). • Provided direct leadership for all gathering, processing, and pipeline operations with support of personnel (210 employees). • Successfully managed $72 million asset capital budget and $96 million operational budget. • Provided oversight in the completion and successful startup of new 150 MMcfd processing plant in September 2013 (Ajax Plant). • Actively maintain and foster producer relationships with Chesapeake, BP, Devon, Forest Oil, Linn, SM (Saint Mary’s), Samson, Cimarex, Noble Energy, Sanguine, Cordillera, Range Resources, EOG, and other producers in the Texas, Oklahoma Area. •

This capacity is comprised of the purchased Hobart Ranch Complex, two (2) new state of the art Cryo facilities, a Refrigeration Plant, and JT skid. NGL handling infrastructure has been increased from 2000 BBLs per day, to 40,000 BBLs per day currently. • Provided oversight in the completion and successful startup of new 150 MMcfd processing plant in September 2005 (Zybach Plant). • Managed operations for all gas compression ( 147,020 HP), all pipeline operations (1,600 miles of pipeline), and all processing plants (260 MMcfd capacity). • Provided direct leadership for all gathering, processing, and pipeline operations with support of personnel (75 employees). • Successfully managed $11 million asset capital budget and $24 million operational budget. • Actively maintained and fostered producer relationships with producers active in the Texas, Oklahoma area
