Jan 2020 - Dec 2020
Drafted Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plans (MHMP) pursuant to FEMA DMA 2000. This included environmental analysis of earthquake, sinkhole/subsidence, flood, tornado, meteorological, and chemical spill/plume hazard. Analytics were conducted via Geographic Information Systems (GIS), FEMA's Hazus and Cameo's ALOHA software. Relevant parcel data was obtained via the county surveyor's office and financial loss was calculated due to hypothetical catastrophic natural disaster. Technical documents were drafted and sent to the client (Illinois counties) and Illinois-EMA. Show less
