I met Bill as I joined Paravant almost 10 years ago. He was an integral and essential part of the excellent Engineering powerhouse team that created the technology that launched Paravant - subsequently DRS Tactical Systems - into success beyond our most ambitious expectations. He was a legacy 'brain' responsible for developing a culture of practical, effective and scalable product design with long lifecycles that so benefuit our customers. A definite talent.
