Bill Pollack is a passionate leader, involved in all aspects of Relios. He went west in 1971 to attend the University of New Mexico, where he graduated with a degree in Psychology. Loving the rugged landscape, multi-cultural heritage of “the Land of Enchantment”, Bill took residence, becoming an independent artisan, designing and making jewelry. Through Bill’s leadership, the company now known as Relios has grown to become a major supplier of jewelry throughout America. Relios has been a jewelry vendor on QVC since its first year in 1987. Since then millions of women have purchased Relios’ designs. Carolyn joined Bill in 1994, bringing her vibrant spirit, bold personal style and expertise in color and design. Initially developing Southwestern Jewelry and curating Native American Designer Jewelry. Bill and Carolyn are long time collectors of Native American Art. They are committed to developing and promoting Native artisans as jewelry designers as well as the western lifestyle now within the American West Jewelry brand. In 2004, Carolyn Pollack Sterling Jewelry was introduced and immediately become one of the top selling designer brands on QVC. Carolyn’s ability to build relationships with collectors and colleagues is core to our brand. She has developed this through television, social media, blogs, and personal events to build brand loyalty. Relios was a pioneer in Multi-Channel Marketing and is one of the most experienced and accomplished in the jewelry industry today. Relios employs nearly two hundred members in its Design and Production Facilities in Albuquerque and is committed to rebuilding the American Made Jewelry Arts. Relios primarily uses recycled sterling and sources gemstones from responsible resources around the world. The company is evolving to an organization built on values. Technology and continuous development of human resources is it’s competitive foundation.
