Bill Pelosi is an excellent attorney, navigated a recent suit for me with speed and understanding, as well as a good sense of humor. I would use him again for litigation.

Robert Westney, M.S., RAC-Drug, CMQ-OE

Bill’s legal support has been nothing less than exemplary. He is well-versed in a wide variety of legal areas, including CDA’s, contracts, trademarking, etc. He is always responsive, and his advice is always invaluable. I highly recommend Bill to anyone seeking dependable and professional legal services.

I am a partner at Litchfield Cavo LLP, operating out of my firm's NJ office. I am rated as an AV® Preeminent™ lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.In addition to over 20 years as a practicing attorney, I bring 10 years of IBM training and experience to every client I represent. At IBM, I began every business relationship by learning as much as I could about my customer’s business from the perspective of its owners and executives, including its processes concerns and objectives. I supported those owners and executives by helping them identify, cost justify, and implement critical business solutions – both to solve problems and to create new opportunities. Because I was a businessperson before I became an attorney, I fully appreciate that navigating through legal challenges is not why my clients are in business. I understand how the legal issues facing my clients fit into their overall business topography. I help my clients to understand the risks and opportunities associated with those issues, navigating through the risks—or avoiding them entirely—while seizing the opportunities. I also understand that, for many of the clients I represent, the legal issues they face are not business as usual. Their businesses may, in fact, be on the line. Those clients have especially appreciated my responsiveness to their questions and concerns, and have found comfort in the creativity and attention to detail that I’ve brought to bear to support them and their businesses. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

I ran planning sessions with my client’s top information systems officers and operational department heads. I facilitated discussions of their major goals and objectives, and the implementation steps necessary to achieve those goals. I also facilitated a discussion of how the information flow within the organization would have to change in order to support the goals.I then worked with my team to put together new system plans to support the required changes. I worked with the client to quantify the financial impact of the proposed changes and model it over time, on an after tax cash flow basis, and then to stress test the model. Ultimately, I helped the client present the recommendations to top management. I also stayed abreast of the implementation, coordinated the effort from the IBM side and had frontline responsibility when troubleshooting was required.
