Bill was the first manager that helped me get the equipment I needed to do my job more effectively. He was always available by e-mail for any technical questions I may have. He is much more knowledgeable in repairing computer software issues than KLA's own IT department. I enjoyed Bill's good humor and he was a pleasure to work with. Any company would be lucky to have him.

Wes Taylor

It was great to have Bill as part of the team when we were at KLA-T. Bill was always a top contributor to problem solving and resolution management. He was very good at keeping everyone focused on the task at hand and delivered quick, practiacl results.
