  Bill directs and oversees the work of the materials staff as it relates to the construction of civil engineering projects. Some of our primary areas of interest are aggregates, concrete and hot mix asphalt used in the construction of roadways and bridges. As project managers for many Wisconsin Department of Transporation projects, as well as municipal and private projects, our staff collects and/or tests samples of every element incorporated in those projects and prepare documentation of the results.
