Bill was the Owner's Representative when I joined North Star Mohican Casino as the IT Manager. There were many projects which required Bill and I to work together to coordinate efforts in order to complete an expansion project involving the addition of a hotel, business center, spa, coffee shop, and expansion of the gaming floor and main restaurant. Bill breadth of knowledge of all aspects of construction, including structural, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing and his ability to coordinate multiple groups' efforts and communications is incredible. He overcame a great deal of challenges, as any project of that magnitude would engender. Throughout the project he was always affable, even under situations of great stress, which makes him a pleasure to work with. Bill was tactful, honest and focused on getting the job done while seeking the best solution to meet the wants and needs of the principals involved.
