As ASM3 my position is responsible for both internal and external sales growth. Leading a team of Professional Sales associates, following up on both internal and external contracts. Staying competitive in todays Home Improvement market is very important in day to day operations at Lowe's. Coaching and developing a team of associates to become tomorrows leaders and strive to be the best. As ASM3 my position is responsible for both internal and external sales growth. General everyday operations of entire park. As GM I really enjoyed working with families and meeting new friends. As GM I wore many hats within the park. Recruiting, staffing, training, HR manager, safety manager, promotions manager, outside sales manager and the list goes on. The thing I miss most about this job is setting up promotional events at the park. The excitement that each event brought was welcomed by each team member. When given a challange each staff member stepped up to the plate and came together as one unit. During my time there I sold tickets to everyone and the payment I enjoyed most was not in cash form, but instead it was the smiles on the kids faces and the parents appreciation. Show less
