I worked directly with Bill on both United Way campaigns and as a member of the Green Team at Land O' Lakes. I was continually impressed with Bill's creative problem solving and thinking. He was always such a pleasure to work with and gave 110% on all projects that he was involved with.

Bill Fox worked for me during and after the Land O’ Lakes Catalyst project, a full featured Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) effort that was featured as the cover story for the November 2010 addition of Consumer Goods Technology magazine and won the Oracle North America Titan 2010 Partner Award for Consumer Industry Solutions with Deloitte Consulting LLP. One key success factor for ERP is ensuring accurate, timely and complete master data. Bill successfully led the product specification master data effort for Catalyst and because of his leadership, results, education, experience and passion was given additional responsibility for all Dairy Foods master data. Bill has a very high degree of integrity and effectively leads and develops people. His passion motivates and inspires his employees. He challenges the status quo and works effectively with the organization to drive change. He would be an asset to any organization and I would hire him without hesitation in a role that plays to his strengths.
