He has served as an expert witness in litigation involving fiduciary investment responsibilities, the Uniform Prudent Investor Act, and the Employee Retirement and Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). He is also the Chief Compliance Officer at Innovest. A Certified Public Accountant (Colorado) and an attorney (Ohio), Bill is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of the Colorado Society of CPA’s Personal Financial Planning Committee and the Litigation Support Committee.
