One of our niches is serving the low to moderate income population that dominates our geographic footprint. We have now expanded that role by creating a payments division (Central Payments) that specializes in prepaid debit card origination and issuance to markets across the country. We have also developed a reputation for excellence in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) deployment. We have been fortunate to win nine allocations from the US Treasury department. These NMTC projects have been the catalyst to create thousands of jobs, many of which are focused on the LMI community.
