  Drove the 1 to 1 program at a school with 1350 devices, from hardware support, software support, classroom hardware management and support, LMS/SIS support, and helped find ways to integrate technology into our classrooms.Built and ran our JAMF MDM server for managing all student and teacher devices. With this, we were one of the first schools in the area to utilize JAMF Cloud to allow students to keep laptops year round.Created the curriculum and taught a 'Coding & Agile Development' course, working to bridge our future CS grads gap between knowing how to code, and how to code working with other people in a work enviornment. Worked closely with Pearson Technology and Apple to build this.Helped our school become and stay an Apple Distinguished school for almost a decade, while also presenting at JNUC, the largest Mac Admin conference in the world.   As one of the coaches for the Karl-Anthony Towns ProCamp, we strive to give campers around the country a once in a lifetime sports experience with their favorite players and top-notch coaches. I helped provide fundamental coaching to youth basketball players, coached games, and helped advertise the camp throughout the Minneapolis area through both social media and through other basketball camps. Working with customers to diagnose the issue, generate and present a quote for repair, along with repairing and installing the parts. I gained immense knowledge on Apple Hardware, iOS and MacOS, and customer service skills working with a wide range of customers.
