I worked directly with Bill as his Manager for over a year at AlphaSights, and I am grateful for having the opportunity to work so closely with him. Bill has a unique combination of qualities that make him an asset on any team. He is incredibly hard-working and will do anything in his power to hit/exceed a goal. However, his impressive grit and determination are paired with his equally as impressive emotional intelligence and team-building skills. He truly cares about the people around him, and doesn’t feel that he has succeeded unless everyone around him is doing their best too. I hope I have the opportunity to work with Bill in the future!
