I worked with Bill as an eye care manager from 2013-2015 with Allergan. My team of sales representatives worked closely with his team of representatives due to geographic proximity. Bill was a fantastic partner to work with as a manager. His willingness to collaborate and share ideas for everyone's success was an incredible asset. He was a tremendously impactful manager, developing his team and growing his business through a variety of head winds: managed care challenges, multiple sales organization realignments, etc. He always lead the way and continued to focus on the business and his team. When i joined the management team, Bill served as a wonderful mentor and guide for me. Bill has a keen business mind and ability to manage a variety of different sales professional types. His ability to manage through change is exceptional. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Bill for any sales management position, regardless of specialty or industry.
