  Became a Principal-in-Charge when the operational duties assigned to the Managing Principal were reassigned to Central Operations under SHW Group's one-firm "Built-to-Win" model.   Oversaw the development and growth of SHW Group's new Charlottesville design studio. Responsible for business development, marketing, and the day-to-day operation and management of the studio including accounting, human resources, and the actual work itself. Recouped initial investment in three years before the Charlottesville studio was absorbed into SHW Group's one-firm, "Built to Win" model.
