Bill is an excellent engineer and served as manager of our I&C department for a number of years. He was well respected amoung his peers and subordinates and will be sorley missed. His fairness, technical expertise, and hands-on style of management was well appreciated.

I've worked with Bill for about 6 years at Babcock Power, both while I was a Project Manager as well as Proposal Manager. Bill managed a large Instrumentation and Control group at Babcock Power and was responsible for this team from the proposal through the completion of the projects. Our projects are highly complex and last 2-5 years. Bill's group ensured that all the I&C products worked within the power equipment we supplied. This required his team to work in our MA office as well as another office in Charlotte as well as visiting both supplier and customer sites. Bill's job was never the same on any two given days and often required him to manage many critical path tasks at one time. Bill did this with great organization and understanding of company needs. Bill was well respected by the people that worked for and with him. I hope to work with him again in the future.
