Supervisor of a continuous moving line to assemble the cockpit thru processes of installing Steel Beam all the way to E-Test & Quality Check prior to shipping for Cadillac, Impala and earlier the Buick models for GM. Schedule 38 employees for daily job assignments with every 2 hrs rotating employees to improve on Ergonomics. Assigned training as well as deliver safety talks. Monitored absenteeism for employees while delivering discipline within the collective agreement when required, in a unionized environment. Maintained employees swipe in & out on ADP system for each employee. Inteva Products has gone to 1 shift so unfortunately 17 management there have been let go. Back to seeking out new adventures.
