Bio
Doug Moore
I attend church with Bill where he contributes his time and talents to our praise band and choir, but also to our main administrative committee. He’s a pillar at our church and cannot imagine enjoying my worship experience nearly as much if he and his adorable family were not there too. When we remodeled our sanctuary in early 2012, with all his architectural experience, Bill was very sensitive about not driving the process at his church home. When asked, however, he was always there for us with his wealth of knowledge and thoughtful insight as others have mentioned. It is an incredible comfort to have that kind of support not only in his areas of expertise, but in other thoughtful ways throughout our church life. I find him very genuine and if the rest of the Waterleaf team can match his enthusiasm and work ethic, then it’s a team that will do wonders for your project. I could not be a bigger fan nor agree more with all of the other positive feedback he has received.

I had the privledge of working with Bill Bailey for almost five years. He is very passionate about Architecture and the presevation of Historic Buildings. I enjoyed working with Bill; he was always patient and ready to explain what his end goal was. I learned a great deal about project managment from him as well some very valuable inter-personal skills.

Bill's great attitude and graciousness are important factors in his success as an architect. He is an experienced designer and project manager that makes strong connections with his clients resulting in happy clients and successful projects. His technical skills are an asset to any firm that he works with. I would happily work with Bill in the future.
