Utilizing networking and the local RTC to find employees, I had a full team within two weeks and we collectively spread the message to thousands of voters. I was hands on with my team, working in the field alongside them, training and critiquing their pitches as it progressed; this way, I had a dynamic team towards the end of the campaign season and was well aware of each team members strengths and weaknesses. As field director, I was also in charge of managing their hours and disseminating pay.
