- In August 2020, I moved in to the role of Head of Billing - leading a team of 5 (and an offshore team) to manage the Thryv Australia Billing Solution (incorporating both internal systems, and integration with Telstra billing systems). - Designer and developer (PL/SQL) of the Billing Reconciliation Engine, calculating and comparing the charges and charge periods between CloudSense and Zuora. Engine includes workflow to flag issues, show trending (new/known/resolved/regressed) and provide clear parameters into charging mismatches that require immediate action (i.e. how much, how long, ongoing cost).- Data Quality Lead on the SDF Program, including drafting the Data Quality strategy for the program. I subsequently established the Data Quality working group – meeting weekly with nominated Domain Stewards (aka SMEs) to triage and discuss remediation options. - BA Stream Lead role on the Data Migration Stream of the Sensis Digital Foundation (SDF) program - the transformation of Sensis from legacy to the cloud (Salesforce, CloudSense, Zuora).- Development of a data quality engine (Oracle PL/SQL) that performed automated (daily) analysis and exported data sets for action. - Design and development of an automated and interactive BI/Dashboard for Project Scope Reporting and Data Quality status (delivered via a Confluence UI + javascript).Note: Following an acquisition by Thryv Inc in March 2021, Sensis changed its name to Thryv Australia
