  I'm working as Desig Chief in Spinner Machine Tool Company Which produced CNC milling and Lathe machine. My main responsibilities are to make new design, to improve current machines, to carry out common projects with our partner and to prepare thecnical document. During my duty, I finished 3 axis and 5 axis milling machine and rotary table project. I use Inventor and Solidworks as a design program. At the same time, I've been carrying out Tübitak Project improving the stifness and precision of 5 axis machine by using science method Modal analysis and FEM. My main responsibilities were to carry out assembly of the machines and their componet which are spindle and turret, to prepare assembly procedure, to prepare fixture, to determine the problem that is caused by the design and manufacture.
