Bilgehan is a very open minded and creative person. He never loses his head even if this went wrong and is able to manage crisis where ever necessary. He is a hard working person, target oriented, a professional team leader who shares always his knowledeges. A very dynamic and clever personallity, who always likes to step and foot forward. He never gets tiered when business is the issue. I know him also from the Airline business where he did care us very exquisite. I'm pround to work with him and aware of his contributions.
