      Providing first class customer service while maintaining a leadership role amongst colleagues and providing logical solutions towards the rota system.At subway I have been given the opportunity to develop my customer service skill but also a further step up in responsibility now being accountable for other members of staff, furthermore it has allowed me develop my own initiative in providing support for the managers.
