  I am a Senior Network Technical Specialist working for the client NTT DATA. In NTT DATA, I work for the project Tenet Health Care. It is a hospital environment where we have all the technologies deployed. It has Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Unity, Gateways and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express. I work on all these technologies, where my day-to-day job is to serve the tickets opened by the hospital staff. There can be any problem being reported by the hospital Staff both relating to a single user or the entire site. I have access to all the above technologies, and I perform all my tasks relating to these technologies. I also help teammates with their queries relating to any of them technologies.
