  Guided one Quality Improvement Team and one Quality Circle Team of the Durgapur Unit of a leading plastics company in winning top prizes in regional and national level competitions. I Helping the same Unit in implementing 5S System. As a management educator, trainer and consultant, I have experimented with an out-of-the-box Batch Life Cycle Model for management students, which clearly defines roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders in high standard academic delivery, placement grooming, and alumni relationship management (I have a totally different take on alumni matters as compared to the traditional approach). I have successfully experimented with the model with good results as has been manifested by good Placement conversions and Placement and Internships in well-known companies. Some of the notable innovations by me are 4 months of closely guided Internship instead of the mandatory 2 months SIP, Use of Placement Debriefings in Placement Grooming and Alumni Relationship Management in the line of Customer Relationship Management. My grooming techniques have obviated the need for expensive External Trainers who in any case are not that effective. I regularly conduct innovative outreach programs for students from school to UG levels, from which a b-school gets its students. The total number of MDPs/Workshops conducted for notable corporates so far exceeds 25. Books published - 4, with another in 3 volumes in press. Show less

  Got record number of faculty members in referral scheme to IBS Dehradun, conceptualized and conducted a unique B-School Fest which cleverly combined management simulations in Marketing, Finance and HR areas with entertainments in good measure. It has been so far the only one Fest to be conducted in the history of IBS Dehradun.
