Bijaya is an amazing person beyond the value that she brings to the workplace. I say this because it translates into her work and communication style; she was one of the easiest people I have ever worked with professionally and not because she lacked discernment or her own ideas, on the contrary, she demonstrated perfect focus around her tasks and hyper-productivity while considering and ideating upon the long-term more complex goals of the project. Bijaya single-handedly developed the frontend foundation of our analytics portal and is now working with a new a technology to create more visualizations, effectively increasing the scope of the portal while discovering the compatibility of this new technology, which we hope to integrate in the future. I fully endorse Bijaya as a data analyst, developer, team-player and leader, which any organization would be lucky to employ in this capacity!
