Not only does Bibin think long term and aims to capitalise given opportunities, he has a high EQ. I’ve seen him deal with challenging situations in areas where he had no prior experience, as he is curious to learn and ensure all his stakeholder priorities are met.

Tasked with analyzing and collating relevant insights for Morningstar on deals, executives, funds and investors across the investment lifecycle from news, regulatory filings and other online platforms as a part of the PE team at PitchBook Data, a Morningstar Company. It involved going through 100+ news articles and web pages in a week. The role involved reading pages of data and pick out and simplify information. The information on private markets is always limited and presented in a scattered manner on public sources which makes it difficult for private market investors to make intelligent decisions. We made it easy by picking out the necessary information from relevant sources and bring it to one place for investors to view in concise and detailed manner. The data was then used for by clients to create profiles on companies that were then used by investors (PE, VC firms, Angel Investors etc) for making their investment decisions. It acts as a one stop shop for data on private companies. Show less

I started working for AIESEC in Navi Mumbai, a local chapter of AIESEC, when I was in my final year of my undergraduate degree which was 2018, and I was an active member of the organisation ever since I got recruited. From being to Team Member, I rose through the ranks every year and eventually was elected as the Local Committee President for the year 2021-22. In my President term, I directly managed the Executive Body which consisted of 10 Vice Presidents who handled one department each which was split into front office and back office and each of the department had 15+ members while representing my entity at a National Level by being handpicked to be part of the Organisational Development Team of AIESEC in India which is responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction for AIESEC in India. In my year we had an increase of 70% in terms of engagement and a growth of 40% in terms of leadership applicants and pipeline. Show less
