It has been a pleasure to work with Bibi on the logistics team, where she would mainly manage the shipments of artworks originating in Russia and Ukraine. Within no time she learned how to use the different tools and processes at Singulart, and she had a personal connection with the artists we work with. She would resolve issues over the phone, teach the artists about the correct procedures, and follow the shipments from beginning to end, providing the necessary documents to customs to ensure fast delivery. What struck me is that Bibi is very communicative and open, right from the start. As soon as she arrived at the company she was meeting people from different teams and she was not afraid to step forward in team meetings and share her opinions and thoughts. Bibi is highly motivated to do a good job, works organized, and has the ability to perform under pressure. She is not afraid to take on a challenge, and ensured that there was a good working atmosphere at the office.
