Most commonly, customers had questions about the sea food as it was locally sourced and usually caught by shermen on the same day. Sblash had both a fast food area and also a restaurant so I was responsible for the number of duties, such as: cleaning and resetting tables, consistently providing friendly service. Due to the fast-food aspect I had to prepare high quality dishes while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times.
