  During my time at ZestMoney, I had the privilege of working with a team of four talented individuals & skilful PMs/stakeholders, where I was given the opportunity to contribute to almost all of the existing products. Over the span of 2.5 years, I was involved in designing the Customer and Partner mobile app and web app, with a particular focus on the following major products: 1. Credit limit evaluation and onboarding (including signup, profile verification, income verification, KYC, and mandate setup) 2. Utility bill payment 3. Personal loans 4. Checkout 5. Virtual card 6. Bolt (a small-ticket size loan product) 7. Shop and offers 8. Offline/Instore shopping 9. Help and support Through this experience, I gained a wealth of knowledge and developed into a well-rounded product designer. Despite not having dedicated graphic designers, illustrators, motion designers, or UX copywriters on our team, each of us worked to develop these skills to ensure that we provided the best possible user experience for our customers.
