I was responsible for preparing and implementing Annual Operating Plan, Annual Budget and its Tracking, Project and Programme Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Content Development, Branding and Communications, Research, Human Resource Management including Recruitment and Mentoring of Interns. Some of the Projects and Programmes are listed below : 1) Sustainable Livelihoods through Collective action To enhance income level of farmers engaged in Dairy through Skill Development and Micro-enterprise Development. We trained more than 6000 Dairy farmers (more than 95% were women) and organised them to form Self Help Groups. SHGs were federated at cluster level to form Farmer Producer Company (FPC). SHGs were linked with Banks for credit support so that they can start 'Income Generating Activities'. FPC is fully owned by women farmers and created a network of Milk Collection Centres (MCC). 2) Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Programs ICICI RSETI in Jodhpur district is organising Skill trainings through Residential and block level Satellite Centres. The model has two unique features : a) Creating First Generation of Entrepreneurs in Rural Areas b) Short term training and long term hand-holding (minimum 2 years) 3) ICICI Academy for Skills Rural Initiative (IAS - RI) IAS - RI focuses on five components : Skill Development Primary Health Elementary Education Financial Inclusion Credit Linkage
