Bianca has a very versatile experience/skill-set which enables her to take on any project and figure her way out. She started with Operations team, then managed Direct Mail channel and moved on to manage digital channel at LC. She gives in her best to all her projects and is never shy to do whatever it takes to reach the finish line. Added to her strong work-ethic, she has an exceptionally high EQ and a warm personality which makes it a pleasure to have her on the team. Outside of projects, she is always the first one to volunteer for leading social events, women's networking events and other such team-building events. Overall, she is an asset to any team she becomes part of!

I completely missed to write a review for Bianca before but is never too late. I am proud to say I worked with this talented individual. Bianca's promotion from teller to banker was a perfect fit and transition that she deserved and acquired on her own merit. I am only glad I was there to support it and make it a reality. Bianca always demostrated humility, perseverance, and care for everything she does. She always went above and beyond for her team and her clients. Her enthusiasm, positive can-do attitude and overall personality was one the biggest highlights working with her.
