  As a part of my Masters I was assigned an internship at Pyne Gould Gunniess Wrightson August – October 2014. I carried out generational research for the workplace which was presented as a seminar to various National Manager conferences. Whilst working there I: - Interviewed employees, both managers and Millennials and formed appropriate rapports - Designed and presented a research project in a comprehensive report - Worked closely with the HRM and adapted project where necessary - Proposed solutions, and identify underlying themes to proposed research question
