I decided to sit down and write this endorsement because I am excited about the opportunity to offer my old friend and colleague, Bianca Lincks, the recognition she deserves. I can't think of a more experienced marketer for whom I would write an endorsement. I met Bianca when we both worked in the real estate market in Brazil, about 10 years ago. I could see immediately that she had the talent and the interpersonal skills to work with people and make things happen. Bianca is a people person. As we worked together over the years, I realized that I was not wrong. During that time, I developed an enormous respect for your creativity and achievements. It was a privilege to meet this brilliant and dedicated young woman. It quickly became clear that the Brazilian market was small for her and she decided to start a new challenge in Canada.
