I was part of the first group of hires in this new start up in Santa Cruz. I ended up having my hand in everything and it was great experience. I started as a delivery driver where I demonstrated my time management skills. I then created my own position as assistant manager. My responsibilities were vast mainly consisting of preparing all drivers, answering calls and performing outstanding sales calls, always up selling. I also created training materials, helped train the new round of employees, helped maintain the website, and helped create and distribute marketing materials.
