Bianca Ciobanu

I`ve worked with Bianca in the same Executive Board of AIESEC Iasi for the year 2016. I didn`t know her really well before, but during our term Bianca proved to be a people oriented person, passionate about her department, always there to give her people the best advices and with amazing tracking skills. Bianca also managed to change the direction of the Alumni department into an exchange oriented one, thing which didn`t happen in the previous terms.

I had a team of 8 members and together we maintained the communication with the Alumni of the organisation, who are now spread all over the world. As a final responsible, I had to coordinate specific events created for Alumni and members of the organisation, crowdfunding campaigns for internal causes, a Facebook group and a 2 days long conference designed for students who need career orientation. Probably the most important aspect is to have a strategic thinking in order to manage 400 people and to involve each of them in suitable activities.

I worked on a project especially realised for pupils in high school. My job was to promote the activities prepared for them in Iași through different articles, events and photos taken near the most important sights. Then I was responsible to create and maintain a good relationship with the headmasters from the targeted schools in order to bring the pupils in Iași for our outdoor activities.
